Pick-Up & Delivery Policy

At Riverside Kittens Cattery, our goal is to make the kitten adoption process smooth, transparent, and safe for both our kittens and their new families. We take great care in ensuring every adoption is handled with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.

• Local pick-up is available by appointment at our cattery.

• All pick-ups are scheduled in advance to ensure your kitten is fully prepared and all documentation is complete.

• A valid photo ID and any remaining agreed-upon payment are required at pickup.

• We encourage families to spend a few moments with their kitten during pickup to support bonding and a calm transition.

• We offer safe and reliable delivery throughout the U.S. and Canada through trusted, professional pet transport services.

• Delivery is arranged only after:

1. The signed adoption agreement is received

2. Full payment, including delivery fees, has been completed
• Delivery fees vary based on distance and location and will be confirmed during the adoption process.

• Once payment and paperwork are finalized, your kitten can be prepared for pickup or delivery as early as the next available date, depending on scheduling and travel distance.

• Exact delivery dates and times are coordinated directly with the adopter and the transport provider for a smooth experience.

• All kittens are fully vet-checked and up to date on vaccinations before leaving our care.

• You will receive complete health records, vaccination documentation, and TICA/CFA registration papers at the time of pickup or delivery.

• For long-distance transport, we closely monitor your kitten’s well-being and provide updates until safe arrival.

• Ensure someone is available to receive the kitten at the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

• Prepare a quiet, safe, and comfortable space at home for your kitten’s arrival.

• Follow the care instructions and health guidance provided to support a smooth adjustment.
